The Website is intended to:
provide information about Aiola Vecchia and its philosophy;
sell wine products directly to consumers (B2C e-commerce);
The sale of alcoholic beverages is reserved exclusively for persons aged 18 years or older.
By placing an order, the customer declares:
to be at least 18 years old;
to be legally authorized to purchase alcoholic beverages in the country of destination.
Aiola Vecchia reserves the right to cancel any order if this requirement is not met.

European Union countries
Any customs duties, import taxes, or local regulations applicable in the destination country shall be borne exclusively by the customer.

Due to the artisanal nature and limited production, slight variations may occur (e.g. vintage, label details).
Product availability may vary, including after an order has been placed.
All prices are expressed in Euro (€), unless otherwise stated, and do not include shipping costs, which will be calculated and communicated before order confirmation or via email if not immediately available.
Aiola Vecchia reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

Orders will be processed only after receipt of payment (or payment confirmation in the case of bank transfer).
Shipments are handled via Mail Boxes Etc.
Shipping costs and delivery times:
vary depending on the destination: Italy (3–4 days) / Europe (5–7 days);
will be communicated before order confirmation or after purchase if not immediately calculable.
Aiola Vecchia shall not be held liable for delays caused by the courier, customs inspections, or circumstances beyond its control.
In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The withdrawal request must be sent by email to info@aiolavecchia.com.
Conditions for return:
products must be unopened, unused, and intact;
products must be returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
Once the returned products have been received and inspected, the refund will be issued within a reasonable timeframe using the same payment method used for the purchase.
No refunds will be issued for:
opened or damaged bottles;
products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
Aiola Vecchia shall not be held liable for:
improper use or consumption of the products;
failure to comply with local regulations in the destination country;
indirect or consequential damages.
Alcohol should always be consumed responsibly.
All content on the Website, including texts, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Aiola Vecchia or used under license and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Siena (Italy), unless otherwise provided by mandatory consumer protection laws.
